Student Registration
New Student Registration
Appointments are available Tuesday through Thursday (No Monday/Friday or weekend appointments available). These 10 minute in-person appointments can be scheduled between the hours of 9:30am and 12pm (noon). Children are not required to be at the appointment.
Please complete all of the appropriate forms below before your appointment, and bring them with you. We require your child's birth certificate or passport, immunization records, and two proofs of address. Please see the Registration Checklist page in the forms below for more information on valid proofs of address.
